Are you ready to learn a technique for self-improvement that actually delivers what it promises?

Researchers from Harvard University and The State University of New York call the Sedona Method an outstanding technique "for its simplicity, efficiency, absence of questionable concepts and rapidity of observable results."

The Sedona Method teaches anyone from monks to moguls, from homemakers to movers and shakers, how to tap their natural ability to let go of any uncomfortable and unwanted feelings~including the root causes of any illness, pain or limiting belief~on the spot.

You can join the many thousands of highly-motivated individuals and top corporate executives from around the world who, since 1974, have used this natural ability to free themselves to achieve their goals quickly and easily.

You can accomplish any of the following:

  • Have more money
  • Enjoy better relationships
  • Have more radiant health and well-being
  • Easily break bad habits and other self-sabotaging behaviors
  • Lose weight
  • Stop smoking
  • Sleep better
  • Free yourself from fear, stress and tension
  • Gain true emotional wellness and intelligence
  • Achieve lasting inner peace, joy and happiness
  • We realize that these could sound like extravagant claims~unless you are open to the possibility that mastery and true happiness come from within. This all can be yours, because the Sedona Method is not another "should" or external "fix." It is an elegant and powerful way for you to change yourself from the inside out, easily and permanently.

Have you ever attended a seminar
    whose results increased over time?

The Sedona Method has proven itself to be a powerful and effective tool for both individual and corporate productivity and wellness. Several independent studies have confirmed its power. The Mutual of New York Corporation used the Sedona Method to boost the sales of their field underwriters 33% over a six-month period. The second three months were even better than the first three, and their results continued increasing over time!

"I have looked into other methods of stress management before finding the Sedona Method but have not discovered anything else so simple, powerful and rapidly effective. The most appealing features of the Method for me are the absence of an imposed belief system and the fact that people can use it completely on their own with great success."
Louis Ormont, Ph.D., Psychology Department, Adelphi University, NY

"The Sedona Method is a remarkably simple yet extremely powerful method for psychological growth and insight. I have found it to be by far the single most useful psychological method I have come across."
Alfonson Montuori, Ph.D., Associate Professor, California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA

Our graduates from all over the world have reported similar increasing results. Because of its simplicity, the Sedona Method is very easy to master and use in your everyday life~the more you use it, the greater the results.

When was the last time you felt great?

If you think back over your life, you can probably remember a time~even if it was only an instant~where everything seemed perfect. You felt calm~at ease and in control, radiantly heathly and alive, in love with the moment. You felt clear, happy.

With the Sedona Method, your whole life can be like that~even while handling a crisis, making important decisions or just dealing with the everyday stresses and strains of life.

You can let go of the fear, stress, tension and other uncomfortable emotions that are stopping you from having it all. You can have access to those special feelings you may have always been longing for~like unshakable inner security, feeling in control and just plain being happy to be alive. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to experience these feelings whenever you wanted them?

Are you ready to be the master of your emotions?

Mastering your emotions~handling them intelligently~is a critical skill that can easily change every aspect of your life. In addition to controlling the quality of how you experience life right now, your emotions are dictating to you what you can and cannot do. They are also coloring your most "objective" decisions. At their worst, they may even be making you sick.

We deal with emotions in one of two way: We either suppress them or express them. While both of these tendencies are very familiar and may seem to bring immediate relief, the truth is they ultimately hurt us.

    Path 1:

    Suppression...
    ...Building tensions

Suppression means pushing down our emotions as they come up into our awareness. We tend to bury them. We have become so good at suppression that it's going on constantly. Usually, we are not even conscious we are doing it.

Many times, when we think we have our problems "handled," we don't realize that we have actually been suppressing those problems until it is too late. We explode at an inappropriate time, make a decision that we later regret or our body suddenly develops symptoms of a stress-related illness.

Another way we try to keep our feelings suppressed is to escape them. We may resort to an excessive or uncontrolled use of drugs, alcohol, exercise or entertainment~anything not to face the pain that we carry inside.

    Path 2:

    Expression...
    ...Exploding tensions

Eventually, we can't suppress anymore. The pain and pressure build up inside, like a pressure cooker, until we can no longer take it. And we express, or we explode. In its extreme, expression results in our most aggressive acts: murder, crime, even war. On a more everyday level, think of how "combative" we can be at times, even with those we love. But, while venting our emotions may help us feel better temporarily, what about the poor person we just "unloaded" on? How do they now feel, and what will be the consequences of that? Fortunately, we don't have to go to these extremes.

What we do discover, however, is a simple fact: venting does not solve the problem; it may even make it worse! Now, of course, honest self-expression is the basis of good theraphy and is quite important in forming a great relationship. But, for either of these to be productive, a great deal of self-awareness is necessary. If we are not fully aware of what is "driving" us to feel as we do~and express or vent on top of that~we may likely add to the pressure rather than diminish it. We are caught in a vicious cycle of building and exploding tensions!

What Are Medical Professionals Saying About the Sedona Method?

"I consider the Sedona Method to be the best contribution to preventative medicine that I have seen in my twenty-five years of interest in the field. I am amazed at the simplicity of the training and its effectiveness."
    John L. Kenneny, M.D.,
    Columbia University Medical School, NY

"I was astounded to find how quickly this deceptively simple technique could affect some of the same realizations and changes in my sense of well-being that would have taken psychoanalysis much, much longer to accomplish."
    Dr. Shelley Uram, Psychiatrist, AZ

"The Sedona Method is different from anything I have ever done before. It works on a feeling level and allows people to eliminate negative emotions and thoughts. The Sedona Method is so fast and effective because it goes directly to the heart of the problem~it's a short cut for everyone who uses it."
    Elliot Grumer, Psychiatrist,
    Good Samaritan Medical Center,
    Phoenix, AZ

So, how do you liberate yourself from this cycle?

Release. Let Go. Break the cycle. You've done it before. Sometimes, it was when your back was against the wall and you had no choice. Other times, it was funny, and a belly laugh welled up from deep inside of you that broke the tension and seemed to wash your cares away. Has it been a long time since you laughed long and out loud? Or maybe you just plain forgot to hold on for a moment and you let go. After much pain and struggle, you may even made a decision that you were making too bog of a deal over a problem, that it just went away. But how can you get yourself to "let go" whenever you really need to the most? What's the secret to the real freedom?

    Meet Your Inner Relief Valve

The Sedona Method will show you how to harness that natural ability~nature's own relief valve~and make it completely reliable, always at your command. We'll show you how to refine it, so that every time you let go, you're letting go of the very source of all conscious and subconsious limitation. You'll have within your power the ability to transform your world totally and free yourself from your emotional roller coaster forever. Think if it! You can be free again!

As you use the Sedona Method throughout your day, and begin to experience its ease and utter simplicity, you will watch yourself dissolving chronic emotional pain and patterns you may have carried with you for your entire life. You'll feel as if burdens are being lifted. You'll feel liberated, as if you were coming back to life. Things will start to make sense, and you'll finally start to feel really in control~happy from moment to moment just to be alive. But feeling better is just the beginning...
